The Allen Morris Company, one of the largest diversified real estate firms in the Southeast, negotiated the sale of 6 Palermo, a commercial office building in Coral Gables, FL, for $1.29 million.
Thad Adams, Senior Vice President of The Allen Morris Company, represented the sellers, Co-Trustees John M. Thomson of John M. Thomson, P.A. and Richard DeNapoli of the Coral Gables Trust Company.
Douglas Elliman Real Estate’s David Nguah represented the buyer, Pinnacle Consulting Enterprises, Inc., which will be relocating its offices to the building.
The 3,440-square-foot, two-story office building is located on the corner of Palermo Avenue and Douglas Road, just half a mile from Coral Gables’ renowned Miracle Mile. The well-appointed building offers a conference room, executive offices, an open area for cubicles and a kitchen area.
“As our client sought to sell this well-located property near downtown Coral Gables, we were pleased to negotiate terms that satisfied the needs of both parties,” said Adams. “We continue to see rising demand and price points for Coral Gables commercial properties,” he added.
Adams’ specialties include commercial real estate investment sales, tenant/owner representation, office and industrial condominiums, development, corporate services and project consultation.
