Star Metals Offices unveils newest renderings

The Allen Morris Company, one of the largest diversified real estate firms in the Southeast is a 58 year old company, with a 46-year presence and legacy in Atlanta, has revealed its newest renderings for Star Metals Atlanta, the US$215 million mixed-use development in the West Midtown neighborhood of Atlanta. Star Metals Atlanta will be a complete Live, Work, Play sustainable, walkable community for those who prefer life without the daily need for a car.

Located at 1055 Howell Mill Road, the 12-story, 215,000 rentable square foot Class A Star Metals Offices will be situated directly across the street from Star Metals Residences, the development’s multi-family residential component which will be the Company’s 83rd development project. Star Metals Residences is scheduled to break ground in the second quarter of 2017.

Leasing for Star Metals Offices is being managed by the Atlanta office of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), headed by Jeff Bellamy, Managing Director of JLL.

Conveniently located four blocks from Georgia Tech, the development will establish itself as a positive and strategic location at a pivotal time as Atlanta’s thriving economic and employment growth is attracting top talent.

Star Metals Offices will offer approximately 185,000 rentable square feet of Class A LEED certified office space, 8,200 square feet of second floor showroom space overlooking Howell Mill Road and 30,000 square feet of high ceiling retail on the ground floor providing the ideal mix of food, beverage, entertainment and exercise options for tenants, Platinum Wired Certification, six levels of parking, along with an array of tenant amenities and an above market parking ratio of 3.5 spaces per 1,000 square feet. The office amenities will include lushly landscaped outdoor terraces on every floor, multiple tenant collaboration areas, bike rack/shower facilities and a unique “glass green house” rooftop restaurant and bar with panoramic views of Buckhead, Midtown and Downtown.

Star Metals touts 45,000 square feet of retail space fronting Howell Mill Road and 1,500 square feet fronting Brady Avenue. Paces Properties will be an owner of the project along with Allen Morris.
