In addition to its employees volunteering and serving in leadership roles with the area's most respected business and civic non-profit organizations, The Allen Morris Company has donated land to the City of Miami for two City parks and sponsors several events annually for the benefit of the arts.

Alhambra Towers is a project that was conceived from the beginning to be a structure that would honor the vision and inspiration George Merrick and Walter deGarmo brought to the creation and architecture of Coral Gables. It honors the legacy and historic contributions of the previous buildings on this site and the City of Coral Gables and its residents.  

The company also believes in conservation and green initiatives, having converted all of its existing buildings to Energy Star Certification and new projects are LEED Certified.

 The Allen Morris Foundation is a private, charitable foundation supporting local, national, and international charitable initiatives since 1958.
